My daughter and I just moved into our 3rd apartment home in The Gateway Club. Our recent experience, as well as our overall ... experience since 2018 has been fantastic! Our recent issue was regarding a quirk with the lock on our new apartment. Within a short couple of hours, we notified the office of our issue, had Jerry, the head of maintenance, come out and address, and quickly fix the issue.
